In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ez999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company operating the ez999 platform at ez999.bio, holding a valid international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the ez999 website accessible at ez999.bio, including all pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ez999 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the ez999 Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your ez999 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.

• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

By completing the registration process on ez999, logging in to an existing Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the ez999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ez999 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the ez999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Contact details: You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information on your Account. ez999 accepts no liability for any loss arising from failure to receive communications due to outdated contact details.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ez999 will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be requested at ez999's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your ez999 Account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must notify ez999 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ez999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

ez999 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have shared your credentials with a third party. Any Wagers placed and any losses incurred through your Account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — remain your financial responsibility unless you can demonstrate that a security breach occurred through no fault of your own.

All financial transactions on ez999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using the payment methods supported by the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your ez999 Account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.
• Processing times: Deposit credit times vary by payment method. ez999 targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 48 hours of request, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Fees: ez999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ez999 accepts no responsibility.
• Bonus conditions: Withdrawal of Real Money Balance may be subject to active bonus wagering requirements. Where an active bonus is in progress, the applicable bonus terms will determine the conditions under which a withdrawal can be requested.

ez999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation, particularly for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be delayed or declined.

ez999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the Bonus Balance or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated in full in each offer's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus balances are automatically forfeited upon expiry.

All Wagers placed on the ez999 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bet acceptance: ez999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including without providing a reason. This includes the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual players or markets.
• Errors: In the event of an obvious error in the odds or game display (including pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or feed errors), ez999 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes. Winnings derived from exploiting obvious errors will not be paid.
• Void bets: Wagers may be voided in the event of match abandonment, game cancellation, or technical failure, in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Voided Wagers result in the return of the original stake only.
• Results: All game and sports results are final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body or game provider. ez999 will not reverse settled Wagers on the basis of subsequent appeals, unless an error in the original settlement is demonstrated.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and player account. Current limits are displayed at the time of placing a Wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts on the ez999 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate game results.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ez999 as a vehicle for processing funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform or in any connected game provider's systems.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider on deposits that have been wagered, without first raising a dispute with ez999 customer support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ez999 staff or other players.

ez999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes all reasonable steps to protect vulnerable players, including those who may be experiencing problem gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits can be configured to restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Automatic session time reminders and hard cut-offs can be set to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Short-term account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available on request and take effect immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ez999.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used in the Platform.
• Use any ez999 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ez999 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

ez999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have given explicit consent — marketing communications.

• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ez999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Either you or ez999 may terminate your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ez999 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled and any withdrawable Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding obligations.
• ez999-initiated closure: ez999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if ez999 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ez999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Upon Account closure, all Bonus Balance is immediately forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to you subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

ez999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ez999 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notification displayed upon next login to the Platform.

Your continued use of the ez999 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ez999 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ez999 customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licencing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact ez999 customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for the dispute to be resolved internally. ez999 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
